ABOUT US
My name is Melissa Wathington and I'm a writer and reader who loves the inspirational genre- fiction and nonfiction alike.
Stories of faith and love of the Lord always uplift me. I've spent a lot of time searching the web for sites that not only
featured authors and books in this genre, but resources for writers wanting to break into the inspirational field. I only
found a few and most didn't offer the kind of information I was looking for. I was hard pressed to find a site that
spotlighted inspirational authors of color- all colors- brown, white and beige. So, I decided to take matters in my own
hands and create a sanctuary for ALL Christian writers, authors, readers and those who love the inspirational genre.
I would like PRAIZES! to become a self fulfilling name- a community where we can praise not only one another but the
One holding us up and blessing our lives. I want the world to see the inspirational visions of your words, your stories and
your lives. It's only together that we can change the world!
